Call the hotel to book your room and ask for the wedding discount (10%).
The earlier you book your room, the cheaper it will be. They get very busy in July/August.

Northeast Charter will be providing a shuttle to the venue from the Hampton Inn at 1:45pm and 2:25pm before the 3:00 ceremony starts. The shuttle will pick guests up again at the end of the night for anybody needing a ride back to the hotel.

Don’t feel pressure to stay at the Hampton! Waterville is not cheap. There are other nearby hotels, Air BnBs, or VRBOs. But, the shuttle will only be traveling to and from the Hampton!

The venue has a large parking lot for guests choosing to drive themselves. (However, if you choose last minute to stay overnight somewhere else, you are allowed to leave your car at the venue until Sunday afternoon. The venue coordinator just asks that you leave a note on your car with your name and phone number).
