Our Story
How We Met
Brandyn & Heather met the modern way: Good ol’ Social Media in 2019! After becoming Instagram friends through a mutual contact, Heather finally mustered up the courage to DM Brandyn. Their first date was a bit of a disaster — it was a double date at one of their favorite breweries & Heather was sure her friend had ruined everything and her and Brandyn would never talk again. However, surprise, surprise, their second date (a solo date) went much better and they’ve been making memories ever since.
Some of Brandyn & Heather’s favorite memories from their time together: Attending numerous concerts and shows, checking off each and every brewery they can; both local & out of state, tackling as many national parks as they are able to, and spending as much time outdoors with their dogs, friends, and family as they can.
The Proposal
And now, here we are 4 years worth of unforgettable memories and experiences later, full of never ending home projects, and countless weekends spent with family and friends. We’ve been coast to coast, from the beaches to the mountains, and always in search of whatever adventure awaits next. Earlier this year, Brandyn finally popped the question at Heather’s parent’s cabin during what was supposed to be just a quiet weekend full of summertime cabin chores, where she said “YES!” in front of her family and a couple of friends.
