Our Story
How We Met
We met on Coffee Meets bagel, a not exclusively Jewish (despite the name) dating app. Our first date was at Hop's n' Scotch, a gastro pub in Brookline. We shared a plate of truffle fries with drinks. That day would be the last day that we shared a plate of truffle fries (Greg doesn't like them) and additionally our last day of first dates.
The Proposal
Greg returned home from CVS with a bag filled with 50% off snacks including haribo bears, sour patch kids, etc. It was a typical week night in happy Arlington. What wasn't typical was, the soccer ball under the collection of munchies. Ari looked at Greg and he said, "It was on sale!" There was a pause. "You played soccer as a kid, right? I thought we could kick the ball around." Ari knew in that moment that there was one more tiny item in the CVS bag. This item was not on sale! 💍
