How We Met
We met at a brewery, had our first date at a brewery, and after 300+ more brewery dates, the rest is history.
The Proposal
The trail was chosen for the weekend backpack adventure because it was Hazy (dog) friendly and has an amazing view of their favorite girl, Mt. Rainier. After an incredible afternoon of Hazy swimming in the lake and hammock hanging, they head back up to the overlook for golden hour with a beer and blanket in hand. Considering Grant's calm, cool, and go with the flow personality, Brooke started to question him when he couldnt make a decision on the best place to sit down, and didn't want to crack the beer until full sunset. After finally finding ~THE~ spot, Brooke sought out a stranger to take a photo. Little did she know she was picking her engagement photographer, without an interview. Brooke might have been suspicious, but in the moment nothing prepared her for Grant to be down on one knee. Brooke said YES of course, and they finally cracked the beer to celebrate.
