Our Story
How We Met
We met 15 years ago on a Christian Dating site. From there we found that we connected well with each other! We then began to build a wonderful friendship as we both had to deal with some major medical issues. We stayed connected all through those many years and our relationship continued to grow and deepen. We finally decided that we could live life better together no matter what challenges would be given to us. We are now excited to get married in 2024
The Proposal
Garret proposed to me at the Decorah Walk Through light night at Pulpit Rock campground. It was very much like a Hallmark movie-type setting. Garret even enlisted the help of Santa Clause to give me the ring. Of course, I said yes and someone there yelled out, well this is a first for this event. It was a cool but enjoyable Christmas light display and the absolute best background for him to propose in!
