Our Story
How We Met
We originally met while Erica and Morgan(Cody's sister) played Brice Prairie softball together in the summer going into Ericas freshman year of high school, but it wasn't until the fall of 2020 where we reconnected with each other through a dating app. (who said you couldn't find love on those apps?) We began our adventure as a couple on September 21st, 2020.
The Proposal
June 3rd, 2022. Cody raced home after his psychology class to get the ring from on top of our bathroom cupboard. Cody had been a train wreck all day and couldn't get his mind off of the night to come and the question that would change the rest of our lives. Erica had gotten home, and was grumpy due to a long day. We had gotten everything ready to go and left for the river where Kayla (Ericas Sister), Devin (Kaylas Boyfriend), Erica and Cody where going for a boat ride and then to dinner. We stopped the boat at Pettibone park where Cody had given Erica her promise ring a year and a half prior to the day. Needless to say Cody fulfilled his promise right where he made it.
