How We Met
It's a tale as old as time...... boy meets girl in preschool. Boy and girl secretly fall in love. Girl doesn't realize it until senior year of high school. Boy has known his whole life but is too shy to say anything. Joey and Kayla have known each other their entire lives. They first met in preschool and later "dated" in elementary school. Until Kayla made her friend break up with Joey, for her, on the bus ride home. Kayla came to her senses and realized how much she loved Joey and they had their first date on November 3rd, 2017. Ever since, they have been inseparable. Now they will join their lives together, forever, on the 8th anniversary of their first date.
The Proposal
If you know Kayla, you know she hounded Joe for a proposal......but Joe does things in his own time. Shopping for the perfect Christmas tree is a very special occasion for Kayla and Joey. A month after their 6 year anniversary Kayla and Joey were looking for the perfect tree. They walked up and down, back and forth, ALL OVER THE TREE FARM, until Kayla found the right tree. When she told Joe this was the tree she wanted, Joe got down on one knee and asked Kayla to spend forever with him.
She said Yes.
