Book your hotel or AirBnb sooner rather than later! Hotels fill up during the leaf-peeping season!
We are working on getting a block of rooms reserved at one or two of the hotels below - but we recommend getting a room now if you can. (We'll update this if we can get a block)
**We will have a bus service to transport guests from the three hotels below, to and from the venue on the night of the wedding. For those getting an Airbnb and would like to take the bus - try to reserve an Airbnb near one of the three hotels, or between a hotel and the venue. This will ensure that you're on the bus route and we can transport you. There are limited Ubers in the area, so we recommend that you rely on the provided transportation if you plan to drink. Feel free to send us your Airbnb if you want us to check that you'll be on the route!
If you plan on staying at another hotel that's not near one of the hotels below, you will need to coordinate your own ride. The towns of Catskill and Hudson are 15-20 minutes away with plenty more hotels (and are really really lovely towns).
If you plan to drive to the wedding, there is plenty of parking on the grounds.
Getting to West Coxsackie:
--> By Car: Very easy to get to by car - we'll leave this to you and Google.
--> By Train (from NYC): Take Amtrak from Penn Station to Hudson, which will get you within 20 minutes of West Coxsackie. You can either grab an Uber or ask a friend to pick you up from the train station.
--> By Plane: Either fly into one of the NYC airports and proceed by car or train, or fly into the Albany International Airport - which is 30 minutes north of West Coxsackie.
Spark by Hilton West Coxsackie
2600 State Route 9W, West Coxsackie, NY 12192
This hotel is located off the highway, 3 miles north of the venue. The hotel is currently under renovation and will re-open early this summer. The Spark came recommended by the venue as a good affordable option, and the photos look nice. We will be shuttling guests to and from this hotel and the venue.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Coxsackie by IHG
12740 Rte 9W, West Coxsackie, NY 12192
Similar to the Spark, this hotel is also located off the highway, 3 miles north of the venue. This is another good yet affordable option, and came recommended by the venue. We will be shuttling guests to and from this hotel and the venue.
