Our Story
How We Met
We could tell you a story of how we met unexpectedly and danced the night away and lost touch after that night and knew it was love at first sight. But this isn't a Disney movie, and our friends and family all know that would never have happened. We like to keep things interesting. We both swiped right- and almost 5 years later we are FINALLY getting married. It's been quite a long engagement as you all know with multiple date changes due to Covid and other roadblocks, but we are finally getting our day and we couldn't be more excited to share it with our friends and family.
The Proposal
We knew from the very beginning that we wanted to spend our lives together. There was never a doubt in either of our minds that we were meant to be with someone else. The proposal was the best day of both of our lives and nothing short of amazing and perfect. With our family and friends hiding in the crowd of the Sears Tower in Chicago, Justin tricked me into thinking we were going on a scavenger hunt for his Jobs Christmas Party. When opening that envelope that "had the next clue" there was a sign that said, "Will you Marry me?" After I said yes, to marrying my best friend, all our family came out and congratulated us. It was Sincerely one of the best days of our lives.
