Thank you for your RSVP. Please register each person individually. Start by entering the full first and last name as it appears on your invitation to unlock your RSVP form. When complete, add subsequent guests, one at a time. When submitting your RSVP, please put your meal selection in the "Anything You Want the Couple to Know" box.
Please choose one entree per person from the following:
- 6 oz. Filet Mignon with mashed potatoes, haricot verts, and red wine demi-glace
- Herb Roasted Chicken with pan jus served with oven roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus
- Salmon Roulade with lemon buerre blanc over whipped potatoes and wilted spinach
- Mansion Eggplant Stack with lightly breaded eggplant, grilled zucchini, roasted tomatoes, and mozzerella served over angel hair pasta
