Guests Arrive at Herreshoff Marine Museum

We ask all guests plan to arrive by 3:30 on the day of. This is to account for the notorious New England traffic, as well as the time required to find nearby parking.

We ask all guests plan to be seated by 3:50. This gives us the ability to start when we are ready — even if it deviates from this schedule (Kelsey is going to be late - Nic)

Ceremony at Herreshoff Marine Museum Dock

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place on the dock across the street from the main museum building. The dock is heel- and wheel-friendly, although there is some uneven pavement. Our rain location is Gallery 26, which is a short block away and up one flight of stairs. Unfortunately, an elevator up to Gallery 26 is not available at this time. If any guests should have concerns about the stairs, please reach out to us and we will work with the museum to find a solution. The final ceremony location will be determined the morning of the event.

Cocktail Hour at Hall of Boats

Following the ceremony, please join us in the Hall of Boats for refreshments and hors d'ouvres. The Hall is inside the main museum building, across the street from the dock.

Following cocktail hour, please remain in the Hall of Boats for an evening of dinner and dancing! Please note that our event must be entirely concluded by 11:00 pm per town ordinance. With this, we ask that all guests be out by 10:30 to give adequate time to clean up and remove items we brought — if you're there after 10:30 you might be put to work!
