Please keep in mind that booking for the room block closes on November 1 2024.

If you have booked in the room block, a shuttle to and from the hotel will be provided.

The shuttle will pick everyone up around 4:45/5:00 and head over to the venue.

There will only be one drop off which is at the end of the night. Please keep in mind that the return shuttle will be leaving the venue around 10:30/11:00.
