The Proposal

After five years of dating, Nick and Brittany were engaged on October 18th, 2021. It was a beautiful private cliffside proposal at Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, overlooking the water adjacent to Portland Head Light.

The ring was custom-designed by Nick, and true to fashion, almost didn't arrive in time for the proposal. After a final sniff of approval by their dog, Gina, Nick packed the ring, and off they went for an early 5 year anniversary weekend trip, and returned the future Mr. & Mrs. Bates!
