Guest Arrival at Grand Pend Oreille

6201 Le Clerc Road South , Newport, WA 99156

We ask that you please plan to arrive around 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to help things run smoothly.

3:30 PM

Ceremony at Grand Pend Oreille

The ceremony will take place in the woodland area overlooking the Pend Oreille River. The bride and groom kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us. Additionally, although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate those that are not immediate family at the venue due to restricted numbers.

Reception Begins at Grand Pend Oreille

4:15 PM

Cocktail Hour/Lawn Games at Reception Lawn

Cellllllebration time, come on! Grab yourself a drink and join in on the fun lawn games and/or mingle with the wedding party!

4:45 PM

Taco Bar Open at Reception Barn

Fill your tortilla with shredded beef or chicken and find a seat in the reception barn to enjoy. Please note that the head tables on the far end of the barn are reserved for the wedding party.

5:30 PM

Cake Cutting Ceremony at Reception Barn

Because who doesn't love dessert?

6:00 PM

First Dance at Reception Barn

There will almost certainly be tripping involved as we make a go at our first dance as a married couple!

6:15 PM

Bouquet Toss at Reception Barn

Let's just hope nobody gets injured...

6:20 PM

Party Time at Reception Barn

Try not to pull any muscles as you bust a move on the dance floor!

8:30 PM

Seaplane Send-Off at Boardwalk

Help guide the way to the boardwalk for our seaplane send-off! Please note that only the bride, groom, and photographer are permitted on the boardwalk.

We ask that you please wear dressy casual attire.
