For those choosing to stay at the Holiday Inn, check in starts for 3pm; however, early check in may be available for those who need the time to get ready, provided that the hotel has the availability to do so. Please contact the hotel a few days prior to your stay if you think you may need an early check in. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LINK AUTOMATICALLY GENERATES A ROOM FOR 0CTOBER 1ST! This is for anyone who would like to come up the night before the wedding. If you are only interested in booking a room for the night of the wedding, please adjust the check in date for October 2nd. Reservations will be accepted until 09/03/2024. After this date, the unused portion of the block of rooms will be released back into general inventory. Any additional reservation request(s) received after this date will be subject to room and rate availability.

Shuttle Schedule
3:45 pm: First shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue
4:15 pm: Last shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue
9:00pm-11pm: The shuttle will begin taking guests back to the hotel when the event ends at 10 pm. For anyone that may unfortunately need to leave early, a 9pm shuttle will also be available.
