Nestled in the charming town of Sonora, California, Savanna Gardens is a wedding venue like no other. Originally built in the 1970s, this rustic property has been lovingly transformed from a humble sheep farm into a breathtaking botanical garden. The owners purchased the property in 2011, and since then, have dedicated theirselves to creating a serene haven adorned with hundreds of Japanese maples and a diverse array of stunning plants.

Their journey with the venue began in 2018, inspired by the memory of their beloved daughter Savanna, who was born in 2010 with Hydranencephaly. Savanna's presence graced their lives with immeasurable joy, and though she passed away in 2015 due to health complications, her spirit continues to live on through Savanna Gardens. She celebrated all four of her birthdays in our barn, and the venue now stands as a testament to her memory and the love we hold for her.
