Venue Rental Policies

  • Vendor Load In Day Prior: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply)
  • Liability Insurance Required: Allowed - The Client assumes responsibility for any damage or loss to the venue property during the event. The Client is required to obtain event liability insurance and provide proof to the Venue Owner at least [14] days before the event and list Matthew’s Hope Ministries Inc as additionally insured.
  • Day Of Wedding Coordinator Required: Allowed - We require a Day of Wedding Coordinator to be onsite for your special day. Highly recommend I Do For You! They offer special pricing for booking with Trinity Oaks. Ask us for your discounted rates!
  • Non-Refundable Booking Deposit: Allowed - $800 booking deposit required to hold date. This is non-refundable.
  • Security/Damages Deposit: Allowed - $500 is due 2 weeks before the event and can be payable via cash or check. It will be returned up to two weeks after the event if there is no damage to the property. If any damages, that exceed the security deposit occur, the responsibility will fall on the person financially responsible for the event to cover costs.
  • Rehearsal Dinners: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply)
  • Pets: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply)
