2. CUSTOMIZATION! YOU get to choose so many things that typically aren’t options elsewhere. From caterer, tables, chairs, linens, length of stay, and more…it’s all up to YOU! And, don’t be intimidated, we have experts available to assist you in these decision-making processes!

So much is included in our package…even lodging for 16 people for 3 nights! Some choose to share the lodging cost with those staying in the home… huge savings for hosts! 5. INCREDIBLE FOOD! While you have the unique option of choosing your caterer, our Preferred Vendor is special in many ways. They believe in
sustainability, utilizing a bounty of Finger Lakes in-season produce and offerings to create your perfect menu. All cooking for your Wedding is done onsite in their fully equipped catering trailer. This extra effort by their culinary team will ensure that you and your guests have the hottest, freshest, and best quality product to create a memorable dining experience.
6. CONVENIENCE! We get it…traveling to and, especially from, an event can be worrisome and inconvenient. Instead, 16 of you can stay onsite and, if you choose, an additional 30 guests can stay in our amazing homes right down the road!

This home has all the luxurious on-site amenities your group deserves for your next vacation to Hammondsport! Each spacious level is flooded with natural light cascading in through windows overlooking Keuka Lake, with lustrous wood accents and old-world touches throughout…including a handsome decorative fireplace. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a center prep island, and everything else you’ll need to prepare your perfect meals. You can serve up to 16 dinner guests at the dining room table and there is more space available at the kitchen table. After dinner, let the dishwasher handle the cleanup while you adjourn to the private hot tub or challenge someone to a match on the game room’s shuffleboard and foosball tables. When it’s time to call it a night, you’ll have five well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, the second-floor rooms with en-suite baths. The third floor includes a wet bar and a sitting area, an ideal space for catching up on a good novel while everyone else visits the lake.
