Venue Rental Policies

Liability Insurance: Allowed - We require a one day, $1,000,000 liability policy naming us as a second. We have partnered with a Nuptial, a liability insurance company.
Candles: Allowed - Candles are allowed as long as they are in a holder, wicks are trimmed to 1/4” and the flame is completely contained. Tapered candles, open flames or hanging candles are not allowed for fire safety reasons.
Decorations: Allowed - We do not allow decorations to be nailed or screwed into the walls or ceiling. No floral putty or any type of putty to be used to affix decor to the fireplace, stone, walls, pergola or anything else in the building. If there is a need to attach things to the walls we ask that you use the 3M removable tape, hooks or velcro and it must be removed at the end of the night. We do not allow things to be attached or affixed to our ceiling in the venue due to the ceiling being lined with acoustic sound panels. Please ask us if you have any concerns regarding your decorations.
Rehearsal Dinners: Allowed
Farewell Brunch: Not Allowed
Pets: Allowed - Dogs are allowed, with prior approval, for ceremony and pictures. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed indoors or near food. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom, wedding party or parents (they are too busy with wedding responsibilities).
Open Flames: Not Allowed
Bonfires/Fire Pits: Not Allowed
Outside Catering: Allowed - We have a list of Preferred caterers that we do not charge you for use of our kitchen because You will get a more seamless dinner service because of that due to their experience with being to our venue numerous times, know our guidelines and honestly, we love working with them. Any Non-Preferred caterers used will be charged a 15% fee on the total of your catering fee, minimum of $450.
Outside Alcohol: Not Allowed - No carry in alcohol is allowed at events to protect our liquor license. Any alcohol consumed needs to be provided through our bar.
Smoking: Allowed - Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue. Outside smoking areas with buckets for disposal of smoking debris.
