• Clean-upThe Legacy Barn team will do the standard cleaning after your event has concluded to prepare for an event the following day (if applicable). We expect all trash to be placed in designated trash cans so we can dispose of it at the end of the night. Of course all personal belongings, decor, etc. must be taken off the premises at the end of the night. Other guidelines can be found in your contract.

• Fire Pit(s)Gas fire pit available upon request. (Quantity available: 1)

• Groom's RoomA room just for the guys to get ready.

• On-site StaffThere will be 1-2 staff members on site during your event to keep restrooms clean, take care of any potential issues, etc.

• ParkingParking lot can accommodate up to 125 cars. Please note, Vehicles can NOT be left onsite overnight. There is a Park & Ride carpool lot about a half mile south of the venue that can be used for leaving vehicles nearby.

• RestroomsMen's and women's restroom are both handicap accessible. (Quantity available: 2)

• Set-upA Legacy Barn team member will be on site during your scheduled time. They will be able to assist with table set up or decorating, if needed. You will be able to access the venue at the time specified in your contract.

• Something Borrowed DecorA selection of decor that is included in your venue rental. It is complimentary, but you are not obligated to use. (Quantity available: 1)

• TablesWe have a handful of straight tables for wedding party and for food/beverage tables. The remaining tables are 60” round that will accommodate 8 people each. We also provide a sweetheart table for the bride and groom.
