Located in the heart of Central Indiana Bel Air Events is the ideal venue for your Wedding Ceremony, Wedding Reception, Social Gatherings, and Corporate Events. Venue Rental Policies

Confetti & Glitter: Not Allowed - Use of confetti, glitter or anything non-biodegradable is prohibited.
Tape or Adhesive: Not Allowed - No tape, dance wax, adhesive name badges or spray adhesive is allowed. No attachments or tape to walls, ceilings or floors is permitted.
Decorations: Allowed - All decorations must be removed from the event areas immediately following the event. Decorators are allowed, using Bel Air guidelines for decorating.
Rehearsal Dinners: Not Allowed - Venue availability not guaranteed for rehearsal dinners
Farewell Brunch: Not Allowed
Pets: Allowed - Service Animals are allowed. No pets are allowed on Bel Air Events property.
Open Flames: Not Allowed - No explosives, motorized vehicles, or pyrotechnics or similar items of usage are permitted.
Bonfires/Fire Pits: Not Allowed
Outside Catering: Not Allowed - No outside food or beverages may be brought on to the premises.
Outside Alcohol: Not Allowed - Bars will be shutdown 1/2 hour prior to the event end time. No Alcohol will be permitted to be served to minors (under the age of 21) and no alcohol shall be consumed by any minor during the event or anywhere on the premises.
Smoking: Not Allowed - Smoking is NOT permitted in the building at anytime. Smoking is permitted outside the building 8 feet or more away from an entrance.
