The Magnolia Room is nestled in Rock Hill's finest community. We are a stunning wedding venue that affords you the opportunity to entertain your guests in the most elegant atmosphere. Our location is just three miles from I-77 which offers your out-of town as well as in-town guests easy accessibility. Our signature style of classic traditional evokes a timeless elegance for your special day with our grand chandeliers, stately mahogany bar, rich fabrics and fine woodwork.

The Magnolia Room was thoughtfully built in 2002 by the Warren Norman Company partnered with the Rock Hill Lumber Company. Both organizations have a long standing reputation and have established the benchmark for residential as well as commercial development in Rock Hill as well as the surrounding areas since the 1940's.

Venue Rental Policies

Cold Sparks: Not Allowed - Cold Sparks are not allowed due to imposed restrictions through the South Carolina State Fire Marshal.
Open Flames: Allowed - As long as all flames are within a vessel, it is permitted.
Floral Petals: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply) - All floral petals must be pick up by client otherwise there will be fee assessed and your damage deposit could be forfeited.
Floral Beads: Not Allowed
Floor Decal/ Floor Wrap: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply) - floor wrap is allowed as long as there is a dancefloor rented to protect the floors.
Ground Fog: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply) - Ground fog is allowed as long as the person operating the machine is insured and is able to provide the Magnolia Room with the appropriate insurance.
Rehearsal Dinners: Allowed - We can accommodate Rehearsal Dinners the night before for a discounted rate. please reach out for details.
Farewell Brunch: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply)
Pets: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply)

Outside Catering: Allowed - We welcome all caterers! As long as they they are licensed, insured and work out of an inspected kitchen, you are more than welcome to choose who you want!
