    Bar ServiceWe provide a professional bartender for events up to 150 guests and one additional bartender for each additional 25 guests. Two Bar backs are included for each bartender.

    CateringAppetizers and catering are included in our all-inclusive package. We have 14 caterers from which to choose. Each vendor has created a menu specific to Wishing Well Barn. We also provide a charcuterie table for every wedding.

    ChairsWe have white garden chairs with padded seats. They are highly rated with a weight capacity of 900 pounds. (Quantity available: 500, Supported guest count: 299)

    CoordinatorYour event has a coordinator for the day to put into place all of the amazing plans you made for your wedding.

    Cows, Horses or TractorsWe have the friendliest cows in town. We have two gorgeous quarter horses on the farm. And, we have super cool tractors. Want pictures with any of them? It's included!

    Electrical PowerAll of our spaces are fully powered. We also have back-up generators, just in case the power goes out.

    Fire Pit(s)A fire pit is included in our package. It comes with an attendant and s'mores! Weather permitting, of course.

    ParkingIn our parking areas we have crushed asphalt with a grass covering so that the ground does not get messy if it rains.

    Parking AttendantOur parking attendants guide your guests to park neatly so that we have plenty of space for everyone. For safety purposes, we ensure ingress and egress of emergency vehicles.

    PlannerWe provide a full service event planner who will meet with you to design and plan your event. We require three face to face planning sessions and additional sessions, if needed.

    RestroomsWe have nine fully functioning restrooms. Seven are accessible to the guests, with one of them being handicap accessible and two are reserved for the bride and bridesmaids, and groom and groomsmen. (Quantity available: 9, Supported guest count: 299)

    TablesOur custom made farm tables are gorgeous! They can be configured into squares for more of a conversational feel or into rectangles for their beauty and capacity for larger group sizes. (Quantity available: 45, Supported guest count: 299)

    Transportation ServicesOur venue has a 14 passenger van that will transport your guests to and from any local hotel within 20 minutes of the venue. We also partner with a local hotel that provides a shuttle for guests.

    WaitstaffWe provide a fully staffed event! Our design team is up to 15 designers who set up at 8:00 am so that your photographer can get venue details prior to guest arrival. We provide a fully staffed event, as well with staff to serve your catering and cake.
