This home was built for this!! Large spacious, EXTRA space included to prepare, enjoy your time together and gather with family as they arrive to share in your Flagstaff area plans. Your group will love the privacy and views. Fully ready for your family gathering. If you have more than 16 please call us. Combining with additional properties, we can sleep pretty easily up to 50, depending on the group. Large game area with shuffle board, air-hockey, live basketball arcade game, ping pong and many more! Each room has its own smart tv. Lots of beautiful, peaceful outdoor space to enjoy our lovely climate and scenery. Contains large parking and yard areas. We have tables and chairs onsite for larger groups.

Washer and dryer included. You have 3 large grills, a charcoal smoker, commercial size griddle and a gas grill, or you can schedule to have a few meals catered. Enjoy our big beautiful 7 person hot tub. Hang out in the evenings around one of the fire pits. And have a great night sleep in our especially comfortable beds. We want your group to have a lifetime memory they won't forget!
