With onsite accommodations available for up to 8 and nearby accommodations in Denton, Gainesville, Sherman, and Lake Texoma, your guests will enjoy a countryside escape that’s still close to home. The Madelyn is a 45-minute scenic drive away from the Northern border of Frisco, Texas, and 36-minutes away from Lake Texoma. We’re happy to assist with referrals if you wish to schedule group transportation services, including party bus and limousine services that can transport guests to and from your chosen major city.

• Covered Outdoor Ceremony SiteCome rain or shine; you’ll enjoy panoramic sunset views under the covered protection of our outdoor chapel. Conveniently attached to our reception hall, our chapel offers seating for 300 guests, set with our white garden chairs and your choice between 2 arches. As a boutique wedding venue, we cater to your creativity and imagination, providing and idyllic locale to say “I do” under the covered protection of our outdoor chapel. We’ll arrange up to 300 white garden chairs and either of our complimentary wedding arches to create a beautiful framework for your ceremony. Post ceremony, the chapel and surrounding grounds host the perfect setting for those golden hour photos. We also host ceremonies inside our historic barn, including your choice of wedding arch. Additional ceremony site packages include in front of our picturesque pecan tree, framing our pond or on the lawn just off the chapel.

Before your big day, we’ll sit down and help you create the perfect floorplan arrangement for your guests, sweetheart table, extended wedding party, food, wedding cake, gifts, guest book, memories, and more. Then, on the morning of your big day, everything will be set up for you so your team can simply add the linens and final touches to bring your vision to life.

That’s why we’ve simplified our rental process for you by offering an upfront rate with no surprise fees. This means that you’ll enjoy a magnitude of complimentary amenities at no additional cost to help complete your day. We do have a few amenities packages to offer for those wanting to add a little more to their day. Our open vendor policy* that enables you to choose the insured vendors of your choice. (Bartending company and security must be from our vendor list.)

• ParkingYour guests are welcomed to the venue by a porte cochere drop off leading them directly to the inside reception area or outdoor chapel. Our large parking lot sits in front of the venue for those who wish to immediately park.

• Porte-Cochere Drop-OffWhether you want to hire a horse and carriage to take you to our guesthouse, a limo or fancy car to drive off in, or a party bus for an after-party, our covered porte-cochere has ample space for limos and buses to drive through unhindered.
