• Cellular ServiceFull coverage.

• Day-Of CoordinatorOne of us will be present the day of your event and included in your venue fee to provide coordination for key suppliers. However all design, setup and break down is the responsibility of these parties.

• Dressage ArenaOur oversize grass Dressage Arena 100' x 300' is included as the ideal location to setup a tent of any size, with panoramic views of our grazing horses and the Berkshire Hills.

• Electrical PowerThere are power hook ups for your sound system, lighting and caterer's needs. Please inquire with specific needs/questions. Caterers equipment may need generator backup depending on their power needs.

• Event BarnOur 12-Stall Event Barn (84' x17') is available to house your caterer, and/or to serve guests for a covered cocktail hour. It is also plenty big enough to accommodate a micro wedding of 50 guests or less on it's own!

• Internet ServiceGuest network available.

• LightingThe 12-Stall Event Barn will be fully lit with chandeliers. Caterers should provide their own lighting for catering tents.

• ParkingUp to 150 cars. A gravel parking lot is included in your rental fee and has up to 60 spaces. Addition field parking may be used for an additional 50 cars. Due to safety and liability concerns of hosting an event in the country, shuttle service for guests must be offered if alcohol is served. (Supported guest count: 200)
