A Look Inside Weven's Online Planning Portal For Couples
At Weven, when we say ‘Your Venue and Everything For it’ - we mean it. While it’s easy to get wrapped up in all the exciting features we provide for managing your leads before clients book, the real magic happens once a couple confirms their booking and starts their planning!
We’re excited to shed some light on a few of our favorite tools that couples gain access to inside their complimentary online planning portal. After learning what’s inside, it’s easy to see how our tools help you stand out by providing couples a high quality experience from initial inquiry to event execution.
Wedding Website
One of the first things couples tackle once they book their venue is their wedding website. With Weven, couples receive access to a venue-specific, custom wedding website builder that they can share with their friends and loved ones.
Couples choose from various design templates and colors and then customize the site with photos, key information about their special day and even have the ability to collect and manage their RSVPs!
Personal Planning Checklist
We’ve created an extensive checklist to help your couples manage their planning from start to finish!
The list includes a series of tasks that are categorized by topic, include helpful tips and tricks and are chronologically ordered to help couples remain focused and organized during planning. Couples can even attach files, upload photos and check off each task as they get closer to their big day.
Venue-Specific Information
As a venue, any supportive information that you can share about your space will be provided to the couple inside of their account.
The items in this section will include but are not limited to- an interactive map with nearby overnight accommodations, any venue rules you’ve specified, items couples will need to rent from vendors, and more!
Couples will also be provided a logistical map that they can in turn share with their vendors to aid in creating a seamless event setup and breakdown at your property.
Vendor Management Tools
Whether you have exclusive relationships with vendors or simply vendors you enjoy working with, you can upload them to your Preferred Vendors list in your account. This information flows directly into your couples’ account so they can get a headstart on which vendors to choose from.
Couples are also prompted to upload their final decision on vendors here so you know who to expect on your property for the big event. When they add a vendor, you’ll be notified so you can stay up-to-date on each event!
Document Management Tools
Inside each couple’s account lives a document manager tool to help keep them organized and for them to share key documents with you, their host. Couples can upload their documents and can opt into sharing these with you and the associated vendors. These files can include vendor COI’s, signed contracts, and more!
Gone are the days of rummaging through your email or even worse, printed documents. Now all of the important documents associated with each event will be stored in one place for easy reference for both you and your couples.
Messaging and Communication
Once a booking is confirmed, you will continue to have access to streamlined messaging and communication through your account, as will your couple. Messaging features like filtering by topic and deliverability and open metrics will also continue to be available for you! Rest assured, that information will not slip through the cracks with this easy-to-manage communication platform.
From tools for staying organized, to tools that help your couples share information with their guests and vendors, your couple’s online planning account is the one-stop shop for all their wedding planning needs and it’s available as soon as they book with your venue!
